These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and EGK Digital ("we", "us", "our"), the publisher of Quiet Voyage (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Quiet Voyage is a focus-timer app: each timed focus session is a "voyage" to a hand-painted harbor. Optional features include ambient soundscapes, Captain's Log statistics and achievement badges, and local reminder notifications. A free tier is available; additional harbors, the Porthole view, and the Gentle Lofi soundscape are unlocked with the optional subscription described below.
The App offers an optional, auto-renewable subscription, "Quiet Voyage Premium", available as:

Price and length. The exact price and subscription length for each option are shown on the in-app paywall before purchase, in your local currency, and again in your App Store purchase confirmation. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change; you will be notified of any price change in accordance with Apple's policies before it applies to you.
Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of renewal will be identified.
Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or via the "Manage Premium" link in the App's Deck screen, which opens the same Apple ID subscription management page. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current active period; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
Free trial (if offered). Where a free trial is presented on the paywall, any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Restore purchases. If you reinstall the App or switch devices, use "Restore Purchases" (on the paywall or in Deck) to restore an active subscription tied to your Apple ID at no additional charge.
Refunds. All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its own policies at reportaproblem.apple.com, not by us directly.

All harbor artwork is hand-painted original work commissioned for the App. The App's artwork, design, soundscapes (used under the licenses listed in the App's Acknowledgements screen), text, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to EGK Digital and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose on your own devices, no rights are granted to you in the App's content.
Your voyage history and preferences are stored locally on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for your device and any backups of it.
Quiet Voyage is a focus and wellbeing aid, not a medical, therapeutic, or clinical product, and does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EGK Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
The App uses Apple's StoreKit for purchases and RevenueCat, Inc. as a subscription-management processor. Your use of those services is also subject to Apple's and RevenueCat's own terms. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the App at our discretion, subject to any subscription obligations already in effect under Apple's policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Turkey, except where applicable local law requires otherwise.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and EGK Digital only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
